Tel Aviv Property Index is an independent publication, not a classifieds portal. Published statistics are drawn from listings we track ourselves and are asking prices, which are what sellers want rather than what buyers paid; registered-sale context comes from nadlan.gov.il. A per-neighbourhood figure is published only where the sample reaches at least 20 tracked listings, and every figure carries its sample size and month. We publish neighbourhood, rooms and price and size bands on public pages, and never phones, seller details or listing photos. Nothing here is a valuation of any property or advice on a specific transaction. Tax bands, exemption ceilings and linkage rules are updated on their own calendar — confirm the current figure for your circumstances before relying on it.
